External Keypad for direct frequency entry

#1

Unread post by Jomac_uk »

I'm still getting to grips with SDRC and as far as my hardware goes I have followed the manual and I am using the HerculesDJ hardware for control of many SDRC functions via MIDI.

My question is, is it possible using an external keypad that is hard wired to some of the controls on the HerculesDJ to input directly the frequency wanted followed by enter?

TIA

Why hardwired to the Hercules? Direct freq input is already possible via your pc/laptop keyboard.

I would need a MIDI keypad for this, they do exist: https://www.instructables.com/Midi-Keypad/
