Nope - Simon is most adamant about this. Although if the price goes up to 20 megabucks or more he might entertain accepting the payment and letting it go open source. Given enough money most anybody will surrender. But, is it worth that much to the purchaser?

That's me being silly again. But indeed, Simon is not up to sharing source code at this time. I've asked. Others have asked. We all get a most polite FOAD response.
