Now fitted a different card..
Geforce gtx750ti

Now get using elad duo trx cpu use 2-3%, sometimes less..gpu 3%

On hl2 much higher cpu at 7-10% same gpu at 3%

Why higher on hl2??

Same latency on tx on hl2 and elad..( much less than before though!)

Also noticed ( done this before card change,) that if i leave pc alone, sdrc running, but no interaction with me ( watching tv etc) that it freezes..this is unrecoverable and eventually crashes windows..

This is after an hour or so of non use.cant take screenshot obviously..anything one can think of that might cause this?

Hi,

1) Disable the screenssaver on the PC - Console can do this for you: Ribbon Bar, Tools, Disable Screensaver. Some systems just don't like screensavers, if the GPU powers down then graphics can go titsup.
2) Make sure you're not running the computer in a power save mode. If I do that with my 4770 using AI Suite 3 it really struggles, I have to run in Performance mode.

The TX latency is interesting, I'll look at that code now. I run my DUO with an i7-4770 and apart from getting RF into my internal networking it's great, no issues at all.

Ok done screen saver..pc is in performance mode..

Will leave on when go pick up my wife..that should give enough time to see if no longer freezes.

Thanks..

Also make sure the PC doesn't suspend the DUO - USB settings.
