Signal levels Incosistencey beween 3017 and 3025

Careful analysis of this common video of 3017 and 3025 shows :
1. signal level difference between these two versions S meter and marker level is 2-3 and 10-18 respectively
2. spectrum analysis in 3017 is real time while in 3025 is smoothed. I tried many times to unsuccessfully adjust from the options dialogue on the 3025
Any ideas ?
