Hi,

I'm really not interested in videos from SDR# as I use the WASAPI drivers, showing me videos from other software just gets in the way.
  • Which VAC software are you using?
  • Have you looked for an update to the VAC software?
  • How is the normal playback?
  • Console is using ~2% CPU but the task manager shows 42%, what else are you using?
You really are running a very fast display rate, makes videos hard to watch. Try 20 or 40 lines/second.

After the latest Win10 updates, the stuttering occurred. I use both: VBAudio-cable and also Vitual audio cable. The following remedied:
1. Complete deinstallation of the VAC software, PC restart
2. Download the latest software versions:
https://www.download3k.com/Install-Virt ... Cable.html
- vac464full.zip
Filename: vac464.exe
Size: 0.64 MB
License: Shareware
Date updated: 7/18/2020
https://virtual-audio-cable.de.uptodown.com/windows
- VBCABLE_A_Driver_Pack43.zip
- VBCABLE_B_Driver_Pack43.zip
3. Reinstallation and then perform sound settings.

Hmm would not help in my case as i had not had VB cable before and downloaded latest and HIFI one worked a bit longer then normal but same issue occured soon.
Suspecting windows did another Fudge up similar to the DPC (Deferred Procedure Call) in update 1903(i think)

Don't blame Windows, blame the VAC.
