Re: Console glitchy
OK,
Sadly the video quality isn't great so I can't really see what's happening. Let's start with a screenshot, dock the RX and TX panels and make sure the FFT statistics are available. I get the impression you're running at a high speed? And what are the graphics cards?
Please make a video with the built-in video recorder - better quality and far easier to watch.
I'm sure we'll find the problem, smells like GPU to me.
Have you ever used GPU-Z?

Re: Console glitchy
Simon, you should be able to open that video full screen. The main console window "Blinks" when I move the freq bar around. I think its on my end honestly. I have a fairly fast cpu., 8 core @ 4.5ghz but my cards are a bit outdated.

Looks like a poor GPU indeed
