Frequency differs between SDR Console and ELAD DUO R

Can someone explain this to me? I constantly get a difference in frequency between SDRconsole and my DUOR. It's off by 45 Khz, but if I tune to WWV at 10,000 it's dead on. Only seems to happen in the broadcast bands. How do I correct this??

Here's a screenshot. My DUOr reads 9,650,000 Khz.

Do you mean that one sideband is smaller than the other?
Then unselect the < | > button (filter section)

The only thing that matters is the Console display, not the display on the DUO. Don't get confused between the frequency of the Console receiver and the centre frequency of the Console display, two different things.
