Is there anything worth looking at that would help as a tutorial on I/Q files as generated by SDR Console (and SDR software in general)?
After looking at some sites, I'm clear on the idea that I/Q data consists of complex numbers representing a signal's amplitude and phase. But I haven't as yet found anything on how this relates to doing a bandwidth recording that includes many signals. It would also be great to find a spec for the structure of I/Q files (header, data format etc). My eventual goal would be to play around with some simple code to analyze I/Q files outputted by SDR Console.
