Just use the LAN address and make sure Firewalls are setup correctly.

My tutorial is more geared for using it via the web (remotely), but once it is done, you and others can use it anywhere you have an Internet connection.
I have five servers scattered about the QTH and at my local radio club station with various SDR's and antenna combinations (EFW's, resonant dipoles, beam).
Choosing which server depends upon what band or direction I want to listen to, plus, they are all open to the public. I even have some 'regular' users that have
emailed me to get time restrictions of being a guest user removed.
