Hello Simon
For Airspy 1, could you allow visual gain adjustment to -60
On the two attached screenshot, I hit -30
My Airspy 1, works without a preamplifier
Best regards
Airspy 1 Linear Visual gain -30
Airspy 1 Linear Visual gain -30
Airspy 1 Sensitive Visual Gain-30

No.

Why on earth do you want to reduce the levels even further?

Thank you for taking the time to read me
Because you have allowed it to be done with the Lime SDR USB and for it the visual gain can go down to -70.
So if you don't mind you can allow it for the AirSpy R1 and that would make me very happy
See screenshot for LimeSDR USB Visual gain _50 dB
Why not for the Airspy R1, but I can't get this currently

Maximum Visual Gain for different SDRs
Airspy R1 -30 dB
Airspy Discovery -40 dB
Airspy HF+ -40 dB
ELAD FDM-S2 -40 dB
LimeSDR USB -70 dB
RX-666 ? (Return to China)

Why not homogenize the Visual Gain for all Airspy?
