Another Bug Eliminated

I finally found a serious bug courtesy of Robin, G3TKF.
In the attachment you see there's no visible / spectrum at all - no spectrum resulted in part of the UI not initialising before data arrived and the logic went AWOL. Nice catch, now fixed in 3.0.25.
