Newbie questions: port busy always

Hi,

I am temporarily using an RTL-SDR V3 dongle while learning about SDRC. It basically works but the external receiver window always shows Port Busy. Is this a problem? The radio is a Kenwood TS-590S and the software is DXLab. I am using the basic setup given in DXLab which works well with HDSDR but with far fewer features than SDRC. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
