We have a project for a spacecraft in low earth orbit which should have an X Band downlink. Although intended for ranging activities it should also be possible to use it as a linear transponder (with a L Band uplink).
So a question...is SDR Console doppler tracking already able to deal with the rate of change that we will experience on near overhead passes? We estimate it at up to 1.5kHz per second.
thanks
