Andy,

You support is always welcome, but please look at the picture you posted and think how it could possibly help, especially when there are much better ways of taking screenshots.

When requesting support for the new software you use please bear the above advice in mind. You will find more grumpy authors than myself.

Hummm,
Looking at this thread I see a very busy person trying to avoid being even busier by asking for detailed information.
Simon is generally extremely helpful. Many times I have seen a request and been surprised by how he jumps in and fulfils it.
I'm not sure a coding genius can be expected to be constantly equable. Maybe I say that because public relations has never been my strong point.
