World Map doesn't see virtual port

I have created a VSPE virtual splitter port for my rotator so that the World Map can track PSTRotatorAZ. My serial port is COM3 and the splitter virtual port is COM20. While PST works fine on COM20, COM20 isn't listed at all in the World Map port selection box. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Work fine in V1.3.8 but maybe you soleved it already.
