Add PTT hang time adjustment for HL2

I have not suffered this issue, but couple of others on here seem to. Relay chatter/clicking in TX. It seems (from what Steve H says - see below) that the issue for some may be to increase PTT hang time but no adjustment I can see in SDRC?

Any chance of adding? May help this issue for those that suffer it:

Quick look - seems that PTT hang time is value in the range 0 to 31 ms so will add as an option.

I see the posts in the HL2 list but only read 'em if they say SDR Console in the title.

Kit later today with logfile diagnostics I hope.
