Multiple MPX output

Unread post by radiometaxa »

Hi Guys,

is there a way to use the MPX output for more than just one receiver? I am currently using the SDR Console to rebroadcast 8 radio stations and bring them to a website via Icecast.

So I use the SDR console and 8 virtual audio cables to stream them up with 8 BUTT encoders.

I am currently using 1 virtual sound card with 192kbt / s for the MPX out signal and decode the RadioText via RDS Spy and plugin.

Now I don't want to do this for just one receiver, but for all 8.

Is there a possibility?

With best regards

Axel

I'm wondering where the dividing line is between hobbyist and commercial use?

That's a fair point. I'm sure it could be done on a commercial basis, but as a keen FM Dxer myself, I think what is being suggested would be overkill.

You really need the MPX & not just the stereo?

Eight x MPX could be done, I assume rebroadcast is on the internet?
