Hello Simon,
On my system the CPU and GPU performance graphs are not indicative of the System Performance tool.
See attached screenshot.

Re: CPU & GPU performance graphs
Oh one more thing.

A very stable version.

Re: CPU & GPU performance graphs
You are not comparing like for like, hence your confusion.
Re: CPU & GPU performance graphs
This is confusing me even more ....
Would it be that the CPU/GPU performance graph(s) is/are only displaying the running application (SDR-Console) ? And the same is true GPU ?
But then this does tells me different ...
So what do you mean by "like" and the other "like", trying to make sure I do understand the different between the like(s)

Re: CPU & GPU performance graphs
SDRC reports its own usage. TaskMangler reports system usage. You have windows open and at least WSJT also running. And depending on OS version you may be getting more or less accurate estimates of actual usage. (Loren fought this for UniSys for several years trying to get accurate accounting out of Windows OSs.)

Thanks for the clarification jdow.
Not a deal breaker I just was curious.
