Non-functional resource

On the unread posts page at the top is a familiar triple bars icon. If I click on it something pops up. But it is completely obscured by the "New posts" and "Unread posts" buttons. I dunno - I just got curious and pressed the triple bars to see what could be changed.

Please add a screenshot and highlight this - can depend on skin etc.

On my system I see the number of notifications.

Um, now I am seeing something like you see. Did you change something? (You are showing the wrong page, technically. I had the problem on the "Unread Posts" page.)
