It's all about the Software

Hello all,
Pluto SDR Console V3.025 for QO-100. Audio is noisy and has a lot of distortion when monitoring audio (Monitor , RX in the Transmit pane) . It used to work fine .
Windows 10, I7 PC
Any ideas ?

Can you make a recording?

not easy , noticed that if SDR Console is open and if I listen to my own audio (Monitor RX) the audio is distorded granular , if at the same time I open ZOOM audio become OK ??

In the screenshot I don't see the status bar, normally this is at the bottom of the display.

See new screen shot , looks like when I monitor I monitor the microphone plus something else . monitoring the TX (Monitor TX) give bad audio but the audio back from the satelitte is good .

Please make a recording as Simon asked for. If you don't know how then have a look at this picture.
Also, please, show us the circeld part in your movie.
