As the drop-down conceals the driver we cannot tell. Zadig can install one of 3 drivers.
Win USB is the normal one.
Also a check of Device manager will tell if there is a problem.

When I run zadig, the attachment screenshot is my current status.
Does it mean my driver installed correctly?
You have to use Zadig to replace the driver that was automatically installed by Windows.
It looks like you have only gone as far as letting Zadig tell you what devices are on the system.
Do it for both Bulk interface devices 0 & 1, they are both on the same RTL-SDR.

OK
I have reinstalled both of interfaces (0,1).
As shown in the attachment does RTL Dongle(TCP) is right?

No it isn't right. Zadig installs the USB driver for the RTL-SDR. You have selected RTL Dongle(TCP).
If the dongle is connected to a USB port on the same PC as SDR Console then you should be selecting RTL Dongle(USB).
If you have the dongle connected to another computer, tell me now.

Thanks a lot.
Finally, I can run it with RTL Dongle(USB) without a problem.
I took a screenshot of my status.
Now, a beep noisy sound has been heard from the speaker.
How can find it is in FM modulation or AM modulation?
How can I switch it to AM 730 or Airplane communications?
Thanks again.

Thank you.
I have read https://www.sdr-radio.com/receive-dsp but still, I don't know how can I set the receiver to AM 730 kHz?
I have attached my current status.
I don't know what is the meaning of 730.000.000. Is it 730 MHz or 730 kHz?
Also, Does my setting set to AM by the arrowed button?
Thanks again.
