DSDplus Fastlane plugin

Kind of gave up trying to get the DSD interface* in SDR# to work properly, so perhaps a SDRC version might function better.
With the following proviso; some type of on the fly configuration to avoid having to dig into and edit any bat or cfg files in notepad etal.
Don't know if the DSD+ spectrum feature is needed or would be necessary in this plug in.
