Hi,
pls make it possible, to disable SAM, or keep the selected mode "AM".
If I switch to AM, on the next tune to a station (i.e. point&click or mouse-scroll), SDR Console switches back to SAM.
Using 3.0.24, Airspy HF+ discovery.
Thanks!

Re: AM / SAM
It shouldn't switch back to SAM if you simply tune. I can understand this if you select a Favourite or saved memory, but not simply tuning. Do you have an external radio connected?oe3ide wrote: ↑Wed Aug 19, 2020 11:59 am Hi,

Hi,
yes, running the Airspy HF+ discovery, controlled via OmniRig from FT-2000.
Checked the mode-mapping setting. Is on "AM".
How it behaves, see here:

Re: AM / SAM
Yes I can confirm, point and click and the mode changes from AM to SAM.
The same also applies if you are using ECSS-L or ECSS-U it also switches to SAM.
Mode mapping is set to AM for external radios.
This is only with an external radio tracking the main rain radio.
I never noticed this before myself.

The moment you switch the external radio on it pulls it to SAM.

Re: AM / SAM
Same here, if I stop tracking the external radio, it keeps AM.
