SDR Console V3.0.26 freeze after selecting RTL R820T2

Hi everyone,
my new PC Spec
Win 10 Home 64bit * recently updated win 31/03/21 which could be problem as before the update it worked)
cpu AMD Ryzen 5 2600
16 GB ram
Geforce RTX 2060 2047mb Zotac
i updated nvidia drivers to 465.89
SDR Console v3.0.26 installed 64 bit
RTL SDR R820T2 usb dongle installed and detected by sdr console
The problem I'm having is this, after selecting the radio definition the software takes some time to start displaying FFT, then FFT runs for about 5 secs then freezes and I have to task manager and shut down SDR Console.
Any ideas greatly appreciated
