It's all about the Software

I tried to schedule a recording.
I entered all the information, frequency, time, duration, audio format, etc.. But the "OK" button did not enable. So the schedule could not be saved.

Can you confirm that?

A full size screen shot showing the problem is required. You are probably missing data that is required or have an invalid entry.

Try clicking on "Folder" and select where you want the recording to go.
