NR filters have no effect

Hi!
Version 3.1 2365 using Windows 11 Intel 10700k NVidia 3070 has no effect when activating noise filters. This was also in the non-beta version 3.1.
Most other functions except "Notch on" as the filter bandwith, etc work nicely. I have used it on SDRPlay RSP1a as well as a NooElec RTLSDR Dongle.
