3.1 Beta - Automatic Scheduler not saving changes

The Automatic Scheduler on the Satellite viewer is not saving changes to the "min elevation".
It comes up with 0 degrees always, no matter how many times I tried to changed it.
I reverted back to the official version to confirm, and the official version is working fine.
