Elecraft K3 VFO issues

Hi,
I have an Elecraft K3, Omnirig, Perseus and Windows7 with SDR Console v3.1. When I change a band on the K3, an External Radio and SDR radio on console is switched to VFO B on K3, but K3 is still working on VFO A. And I have VFO A correctly set on external radio and SDR, when I turn VFO B knob, external radio and SDR is switched and tuned to VFO B but K3 works on VFO A. These seems to be an issues. The SDR Console sometimes freezes when I change a band on the K3.
