FIX for most issues with RX-888

As a caveat to any advice offered by me, be aware my RX-888 MKII doesnt work because I desoldered a handful of components and didn't do it properly.
If you download the Cypress FX3 kit, it comes with the base drivers and also the Control Center.
The control center can be used to reload the firmware such as rx666.img or rx888.img that is used to program the fx3 usb controller to relay the info from the ADC and control the radio.
Preferably connect the radio to a usb hub or different usb controller when attempting to correct any issue, as the reset may fail arbitrarily.
