Elad FDM DUO - no RX / input stream

My first setup of SDR-Radio with FDM DUO. Most likely I am overlooking something in my configuration.
TX works, but RX not (no audio signal nos waterfall).
FDM-DUO works fine in RX and TX with FDM-SW2 on the same PC.
SDR-Radio 3.1 works fine with RTL, Airspy and Hermes (RX and TX) on the same PC.
