It seems some people are still interested in this thing. Google messed up the links. I posted the new link at rtl-sdr.com which seems to be the usual link. This is probably another good place to post the new link. The rtltool folder has rtltool in it. That also includes the rtlsdr.dll that is also found in the rtlsdr++ folder. The SDRConsole folder contains my take on an rtlsdr Source DLL for SDRC. Simon's offers most of the same options, the useful ones.
