frequency change bug

when qsy in the tx box the tx frequency changes in that same moment i do it (like it should be)
when i change the frequency by midi or inside the rx panel the tx does not follow (at the same moment) but just after tx-ing once
version 2511 10th of feb at 21.14
so qsy (of the tx qrg) is "delayed" until next tx session is startet when tune by midi or in rx box ... and non delayed when tune in the tx panel
