Scroll wheel tuning freezes after Voice Keyer

Software: SDR console ver 3.1 build 2320
Hardware: Hermes-Lite 2, 32 bit Windows 7 computer
Problem: After keying the voice keyer and then cancelling it, the scroll wheel no longer fine tunes the radio frequency. However, left mouse will step change the frequency.
Get around: Cycling either Sync RX button clears the issue
