RDS decoding from 16 bit recordings.

Should I expect to see a slight loss in sensitivity and RDS decoding when recording WAV RF64 files at 16 bit from my Elad S3 at 24MHz width?
A couple of times now I've had complete PS decodes on live reception (and the matrix works very well for this) but on playback I've been unable to reproduce the entire PS even after much tweaking of bandwidth and asymmetric filtering. Recording at 32 bit isn't possible at 24MHz width as I'm using SATA3 drives, can't quite stretch to a pair of 8TB SSDs just yet!
