Quick Access Toolbar <Separator> Bug

If one adds a <Separator> in the Quick Access Toolbar, the <Separator> and all functions added after it disappear after closing and reopening SDR Console. Functions before the separator seem to stay. Not certain how far back in versions this behavior goes but it is a problem with 2676 and a least a few months prior and possibly much earlier than that. In case it matters, I'm on up-to-date Windows 10 64bit.
