SDR Console Lock up

I used SDR Console this morning to track the EO-88 satellite as usual and all worked well.
This afternoon I started SDR Console and it will not go past the start up screen.
It does not get to the receiver selection panel.
If I click on the select receiver button the program locks up and the only way out is in task manager and shut the program down from there.
The satellite side of the program works and does not lock up.
Attached is the log file.
Any advice is much appreciated.
