Analyser Time Mismatch

Sometimes I use the analyser to look for MS pings on FM. I have noticed that there is a time mismatch between the time is listed in the analyser and what the time is in the IQ recording.
For example today I had a ping at 11:45:00 according to the analyser however when I play the IQ recording the MS ping comes through 15 seconds later at 11:45:15
Anyone know any workarounds?
