SDR Console and express transmitter

I am not sure: is it a bug or not?:
I use SDRConsole for receiving QO100 (10GHZ with LNB)
It worked quite well with downconverter and beacon sync with pluto on Win11.
Then I installed the express transmitter for transmitting video using the same pluto.
This program was ok as well (on this computer).
After switching off the transmit program and starting on SDRConsole, the noise level is much lower than before and there are 2 noise signals in the middle (10kHz wide) of the display only.
Unplugging and plugging pluto and restarting SDRConsole, shows the correct waterfall again, but there is audio for the FM modes only.
The behaviour is reproducable.
I guess that SDRConsole do not make a (sufficient) reset of the pluto at start.
The need to reconnect the Pluto is a minor problem, but the other modes (especially SSB) should work.
The missing modes may be a missconfiguration by myself. Perheaps someone can help.
