Problem with version 3.0.24

I have been using SDR Console for some time now. The most recent version I used was v3.0.3 build 1263. I use a RTL-SDR v3 with bias tee active to power an LNA at my antenna. Today the laptop that is running this program rebooted for a Windows 8 update. When I restarted SDR Console, I received a popup message stating that this program will no longer work after September 11, 2020. I then downloaded and installed the new v3.0.24 build 1948. When I ran the program, I am no longer receiving the INMARSAT frequencies 1545-1547 Mhz) I was previously receiving. I checked my antenna and LNA and both were functioning properly. I attached a different LNA and antenna with the same result. I then tried an older laptop using Windows 7 and version 3.0.3 build 1263 with my original antenna and LNA and all worked fine. I was able to receive the INMARSAT frequencies on that version with no problem. I tried rebooting and uninstalling and reinstalling the new version with no success. Is there anything I have missed here?

Hi,

Show the Home tab of the ribbon bar, look at the gain settings.

Try changing the RF Gain value from Automatic to a value in the list.

Stupid question - can you receive FM Stereo in the 88 to 108 MHz range?

Problem solved. It wasn't the gain. I turned on the Bias Tee switch and everything came up even though the bias tee was already on.
