Nasa HF antenna suitability

Hi,
I bought a nasa marine HF antenna at a boat jumble and would like to try using it with an RSP1 sdr receiver I got on ebay (link: sdr).
The HF antenna is an active antenna so how do I go about connecting the two - are they even compatible?
One other question related to the sdr receiver itself - is the M shown on the pcb M for megahertz or M for metres? I want to use the board for frequencies up to 10MHZ so need to know which direction to set the dip switches.
