Too many copies of SDR loaded in my PC

MY SDR is not working, I have waterfall but am unable to get any signals. I thought I would uninstall and start over but am told each time that I lack administrator rights to uninstall the SDR software. I also learned I have 3 copies of SDR on this pc. I'm logged in as Admin. I opened up the UAC but this did not help. How do I uninstall so I can start over?
