Squelch-Audio-Recording // Create single Files

Hey,
is there a way to record audio with the "ignore squleched audio" checkbox and creating a new mp3-file on every conversation (non-squelched)?
its hard to search the big mp3files without timestamps. if there is a new file on every non-squelched action it would very useful.
