External radio: XIT

Greetings,
Is there a way to set a (fixed) XIT (Transmit incremental tuning) on a per radio basis?
I have two different radios (on OmniRign radio 1 and 2) an need to align them to my
receive frquency. I use the SDR-RTL dongle RX
BTW: what is the +/- frequency tab in the External Radio pane used for ?
