Unable to Resize Window at Startup

Good Day. Using either of the latest two BETA versions ... I cannot access a full size "maximized" window up on starting the application. It starts, and I hear the radio - but I cannot resize the window to anything other than a mini preview size window - using Win 11 with latest updates. Did I mess up a feature or optional setting someplace? This is a new development - it worked fine up until today. Thanks! JHR
