3.2: RF-Spectrum / Waterfall disappeared but radio is working...

Using SDR receiver "RSP Duo"...

Invoking version 3.2 today and saw that the RF-spectrum and waterfall display cannot be made visible.
Frequency display and audio spectrum (small window) is working. I can hear communications
without any problem. Frequency display is correct. No changes had been made to the settings.

Running W10 x64

Cycled power by removing the AC cord. No change.

Can this be caused by some update issued by Microsoft?

How to reset the installation back to all defaults if some setting causes this?
