Same signal on 144.800 and 145.800

I Have installed SDR Console V3 and use it with a simple usb dongle R820T based.

On 145.800 FMN i receive the same signal of 144.800 😓.

With other software (sdr Sharp an example) i don’t have this problem.

Can you help me ?

Use the "Screen Shot" tool in the ribbon bar and attach it to your reply. Be sure to have the DSP window open, and do not crop ANYTHING out of the image.
See the following on how to use it:

Alberto, please do what Kriss suggests. The screen shot should show us where everything went wrong with your setup went wrong. (I presume you are not hearing a pair of linked repeaters. Here in the US they are quite common.) And do make sure to tell us if your front end is an RTLSDR dongle or an AirSpy R2. Both are derived from the R720T tuner family. The sampler and USB setups are very different, though.
