FT8 Audio Issue
Posted: Tue Nov 07, 2023 7:30 am
Hi together,
while working with FT8 I am using the signal transfered from the SDR Console to the WSJTX software by a virtual audio cable.
After some transmissions the audio connection breaks down and the FT8 software didn't get any audio signal. When you switch back to the loudspeaker audio also there is no audio signal available. The rest of the SDR console is working weill but without audio signal.
I am using the SDR Console with a RSP1A SDR and WSJTX Software.
SDR Console Version V3.1
WSJTX Software Version 2.6.1
For the audio transmission form the SDR Console to the WSJTX software I am using a virtual cable "VB-Audio Virtual Cable".
I tried already the following:
1. Using another virtual cable
2. Using SDR Console software V3.1 instead of V3.2
3. Using another FT8 software like JTDX
3. Taking the RSP1A out of the box where all devices for QO100 are built in
4. Shorten the USB cable PC -> RSP1A from 10m to 1m
But all these actions didn't solve the audio issue.
Have you got any idea what the problem could be ?
For your sopport thanks in advance.
