AOR AR5700D support now

Hello
some time ago I wrote a request to add support for AR5700D
I believe that I am not the only one who would like to see support for this receiver in this great project, especially now that the "competition" which is not so old and proficient as Console already has this subdomain

I haven't researched much but I think the commanding is the same as with the original software via one USB (usb to serial) and the actual IQ data goes before the second USB

Simon's not entertaining requests for new features at this time. He is working on an amateur TV project.
Hopefully he sees this and makes sure it is on his todo list. I do not believe he has one so making it work might be more of an annoyance then he'd care for.
