IQ-recording window starts slowly at high load

Hi Simon.
The starting time of the IQ-recording window is slow at high loads as mentioned in another posting. I will describe what I see in more detail here.
PC is Core i7 950 with a MSI Gforce GTX 1050Ti video card. SDRC is 3.0.26 2020-12-05_1856. Radio is AFEDRI Net via SDRserver over a 100/100 Mbit/s WAN.
BW CPU load GPU load Starting time
500 kHz 13.5% 5.0% ~5 sec
666 kHz 18% 5.8% ~3 sec
800 kHz 20% 6.8% ~60 sec
1000 kHz 24% 6.3% ~3 min
1333 kHz 28% 7.3% ~10 min
Pressing the "About version 3" button under the Help tab the pop-up window takes about a minute to appear when running at 1333 kHz BW as well.
It looks very load induced to me.
Can I set some kind of priority to speed up the appearance of the Recording window?
The GPU Diagnostics says "Pwr. save". Can I change such a setting somewhere? I have not yet found a control device for the new video card (<24 h old in the PC).
I would of cause like to be able to instantly start an IQ-recording of the full band when I find that the MW-conds are good and being close to TOH.
I attach some hopefully relevant and useful screenshots.
