Data File Editor - help please with longer recordings

Hi Simon
Thanks for all your hard work and time you've put into the data file editor. I really, really love it. It'll save me so much hard drive space.
I've experienced some small problems using it and although it's working well with single IQ files, I'm having trouble editing sequential files and would like to ask for some assistance.
I've been saving longer recordings in 10GB sequential files (000, 001, 002 etc, RF64 format). I've found that if you load up the first file of the sequence (000) and then try to edit recorded data several hours into the recording (which might be in the 2nd, 3rd or later sequential file), when you click start the progress bar at the bottom of the window jumps to 100% and you end up with an empty data file only 3KB in size and not containing anything. I tried loading just the file containing the required time period (say it was file # 003 that you needed to extract the recordings from), but the data file editor freezes when you click start. I may well be doing it wrong but I just can't seem to edit those long recordings. Could you check this out when you get a chance?
Also a small request with the editor. Is it possible to increase the bandwidth of the edited files up to 900 kHz or would this be really difficult?
Thank you.
